Adam's Bar Mitzva
The very large crowd that came to join in Adam Ludwig’s Bar Mitzvah has pushed us to request of the travelers to perform the Shabbat meal upstairs in the Shul. Our downstairs hall has maximized its capacity when 75 guests were sitting around the tables.

We are sorry to those who thought there would be no space for all and left before Kiddush. We are also sorry for the travelers who were not able to partake in the party (though it seems like they were having much fun upstairs).

Due to the holiness of the Shabbat, pictures of the wonderful performance of Adam’s Torah reading were not taken. The gallery is of the weekday event in connection with the Bar Mitzvah

Our son was named LEVI carrying the name of Rabbi Levi Y. Schneurson, the Rebbe's father.
Allan Fruman's Funeral
The funeral of Mr. Allan Fruman took place at the day of his passing, Sunday 15/01/2017, 17th of Tevet 5777. His funeral on Sunday afternoon was well attended by community members.
Allan celebrated his 80th birthday just a few months earlier. Allan lived in south-east Asia for the past 2 decades out of which the last four years were here in Phnom Penh.
Allan is survived by his daughter, Mrs. Allison Delgado and his granddaughter Ms. Elexa (Lexy) Rachel Nolte.
Mishnayot Study - Shiv'ah of Allan Fruman
An event of tribute to Mr. Allan Fruman was held at Chabad during the Shiv'ah. We studied Mishna in the letters of his name and memories were shared by his granddaughter Ms. Lexy Nolte who came from California as well as by Mr. Phillip Weiner, a member of our community.
Wedding - Shlomit and Vadim Mitropolitansky
By the fascinating sunset view of the city, we inaugurated the beautiful rooftop of our center with the first Kosher Jewish Wedding ceremony in the Kingdom!
The excitement was felt in the air and emotions were high when Vadim Mitropolitansy committed to Shlomit (Irina) for the rest of her life.
Later we joined the wedding dinner at the hall on 2nd floor. The hall was decorated with flowers, round tables were rented and chair covers added much to the atmosphere.
The Groom and Bride's entrance to the hall was welcomed by a spontaneous dancing which lasted for a long while, escorted by a live keyboard.
The event was concluded by Sheva Brachot.
