Zalman's Bar Mitzvah #1
I will keep all theories and lessons for another time and try to just pass on the Bar Mitzvah experience.

Shmulik's Bar Mitzvah
Henya's Bat Mitzvah
We had a beautiful celebration in honor of Henya's Bat Mitzva this past Wednesday.

With the outstanding MC by Mushkah, the guests enjoyed a dinner, while listening to the heartfelt words of the night's star Henya, who encouraged the ladies to join her journey by lighting Shabbat candles every Friday.

Later in the evening, a professional art teacher led us all in painting a picture of the Shabbat candles.
Avi Gonan's end of Shiva
We gathered to mark the conclusion of the Shiva for Avi Gonen, of blessed memory. Community members shared memories and inspiring stories about Avi’s life. We held a Torah reading for Thursday, prayed Mincha, and those who hadn't had the chance this morning also put on Tefillin. We lit memorial candles and recited the El Maleh Rahamim prayer in his memory.

May his soul be bound in the bond of life.
